If someone came up to me and asked if i would rather have: unlimited bacon, but no more video games OR games(unlimited games), but no games, i would probably choose the first option.
I don't even like bacon actually, but choosing the second option wouldn't change much in my life because i already have games (unlimited games) but no games due to my bad habit of buying stuff and then never using it.
For the past few years i've been a victim of Steam Sales. So far i have over 90 games on my steam account, but i only actually played about 20% of them. Most of the games in my library have never even been opened once. And i want to fix that! So, i have decided on a small challenge for myself: i won't buy any new games until i have opened all of the ones i have at least once. To hold myself accountable, i'll document my progress here.
A lot of those games are small indie projects that have about 20-30 minutes of playtime, so i hope i'll get through all of them quickly. Don't expect any AAA titles here though! Most of them aren't available for purchase in my region so i just never had the temptation to waste my money on them. A big portion of these games are the ones that i added only because they were free and/or i liked the visuals. I'm hoping to get through this list fast because most of them probably have like 20 minutes of playtime.

I didn't get this one. The whole game is very confusing, the graphics are strange and i got soft locked by the same bug two times. I don't want to start over again for the third time. Seeing the very positive reviews on this game's steam page makes me think there might be more to it, but i guess i'll just never find out.

I loved the storytelling in this game, the narrative is really nice and i didn't expect the ending at all. It's a great experience! Although the game itself did seem a little bit boring towards the end. It was tagged as a horror game so i expected something different when buying it. If you're going to play it, i recommend treating it as more of a mystery to not be disappointed. Still a nice game, though! I might replay it in the future to get more achievemnts.
This is a short horror RPG about submerging under the sea to explore an ancient debris.
I really enjoyed the setting of this game, there's just something so scary yet captivating about being deep underwater in abandoned ruins filled with strange creatures. And the pixel art really adds to it, i loved the color palette choice and the way some of the assets are shaded. The story is quite nice, too! It has several endings, but i only got one. I don't like replaying a game several times from start to finish just to see all of the endings, but i might actually try with this one later at some point. Also extra point for doomed yuri

This is a small spooky game about getting a Midnight Snack. Not much to say, honestly! Its' main feature is the movement controller being a microwave . I really enjoyed this mechanic and the whole vibe of the game, but there isn't much more to it. I assume it was made for a gamejam?
I originally downloaded because it was made by the developers of "Control, i'm not coming back" which is an amazing short story that i definitely recommend you to try out. It's free and only takes a couple of minutes to complete.
